In line with the South Yorkshire Kart Club and Motor Sport Associations Child Protection Policy we the promoters of the event request that any person wishing to engage in any Video, Zoom or close range photography should register their details with the secretary of the meeting at Race Control, before carrying out such photography.

South Yorkshire Kart club reserves the right of entry to events and may refuse entry to any person unable to meet or abide by the SYKC conditions.
